Iām a personal trainer located in Wirral and a worldwide online coach.
I am a registered nutritionist with a BSc Hons in Nutrition and Health.
I have been training for over 6 years and at the age of 19, I entered my first bikini fitness competition.
After 7 months of dedication and prep, I won the title of Junior Bikini Fitness British champion.
What started out as a hobby for me turned into a dream-job.
Now, I make my living by helping people just like you become the happiest, healthiest and most confident version of themselves.
My diet and training protocols are created for you to enjoy the journey, embracing positive changes both physically and mentally, not just for 6-12 weeks but for the rest of your life.
